Allison Latham-Jones

Specialist, Sexual Violence Prevention Programs

Allison Latham-Jones oversees implementation of sexual violence prevention programs, including the Arizona Safer Bars Alliance a program encouraging bystander intervention by bar staff to create safer bar environments, and EAAA (Enhanced Assess Acknowledge Act), an innovative approach to violence prevention aimed toward freshmen women.

Allison’s previous work includes instructional design for leadership and management workshops in Human Resources, K-12 expertise on positive behavioral change (preventing sexual harassment and bullying, promoting positive digital citizenship) and gender equity in Career and Technical Education courses. She also supervised the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Girls Who Code program (girlswhocode.com), coordinated the STEM Mentorship Pipeline program and designed and piloted a peer mentorship pilot program at Bisbee High School for girls in construction.

Prior to working at the University, her work involved high-impact event management, administrative excellence in supply chain management, and a customer service/hospitality emphasis.
